Crown shipping

Every BVF Crown System™ is a private luxury commission created with care from production through final delivery. Because of the value, craftsmanship, and personalized nature of each Crown System™, shipping and handling are treated as an important part of the commission experience.

Secure Delivery

Your completed Crown System™ will not be released for shipment until the commission has been paid in full. Once final payment has been received, BVF Jewelry will coordinate the delivery of your Crown System™ directly with you. Due to the value of the piece, delivery will utilize appropriate security measures designed to protect your commission during transportation.

Insured Shipping

BVF Jewelry will arrange appropriate shipping and insurance for the completed Crown System™ based on the final value of the commission and the delivery method selected. Shipping arrangements, carrier information, insurance coverage, and delivery requirements will be communicated directly to the client before shipment.

Signature Required

Because the Crown System™ is a high-value luxury commission, signature confirmation will be required upon delivery. The package should only be accepted by the intended recipient or an authorized person designated by the client.

Delivery Address

The client is responsible for providing BVF Jewelry with a complete and accurate delivery address before shipment. Any changes to the delivery address after shipping arrangements have been finalized may require additional verification, charges, or delivery adjustments.

International Delivery

International commissions may be subject to additional customs requirements, duties, taxes, or import charges depending on the destination country. Any applicable international charges that are the responsibility of the client will be communicated when applicable.

Delivery Communication

BVF Jewelry will provide the client with applicable tracking and delivery information once the Crown System™ has been shipped. Because this is a private commission, BVF Jewelry will remain in direct communication with the client throughout the final delivery process.

Your Crown. Secured to the End.

From the moment your Crown enters production to the moment it reaches your hands, every stage is part of the BVF experience. Your moment deserves more than ordinary delivery. It deserves a proper arrival.

BVF Jewelry. Bold. Vibrant. Flawless.
