If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. ELIGIBILITY

3. PRODUCTS

BVF specializes in luxury jewelry, including made-to-order, customized, and personalized pieces.

Product images, descriptions, measurements, colors, and other information are provided to help customers understand the products before purchasing.

Minor variations may occur because of photography, lighting, screen settings, manufacturing processes, materials, or the individual nature of a piece.

Such variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

4. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many BVF products are made specifically after an order is placed.

Customers acknowledge that made-to-order products require additional production time.

Production may take 15–45 business days. After production is complete, shipping may take up to 15 business days depending on the customer’s location and shipping carrier.

Production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. CUSTOM ORDERS

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information submitted for customized products, including:

Jewelry size
Engraving
Names or wording
Images
Colors
Materials
Design selections
Other personalization details

BVF is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Customized and personalized products may be final sale and may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund except where required by applicable law or when the item is defective or BVF made an error.

6. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

BVF reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where permitted by law, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or other improper activity.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

7. PRICING

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

BVF reserves the right to correct pricing, product description, availability, or other listing errors.

If an order is affected by an obvious error, BVF may, where permitted by law, contact the customer regarding the correction or cancel the affected order and issue an applicable refund.

8. CANCELLATIONS

Because BVF products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order.

After 24 hours, an order may have entered production and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

9. SHIPPING

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

BVF is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

10. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Because BVF jewelry is often made-to-order, customers should carefully review the Refund & Return Policy before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

11. JEWELRY CARE & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for properly caring for their jewelry after receiving it.

Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, misuse, alterations, unauthorized repairs, exposure to chemicals, or normal wear and tear may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

Customers should follow any jewelry-care instructions provided with their purchase.

All BVF intellectual property, including but not limited to:

BVF name and branding
Logos
Jewelry designs
Product photographs
Videos
Graphics
Written content
Website content
Original concepts
Product descriptions
Marketing materials

is owned by or licensed to BVF unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use BVF intellectual property without written permission.

13. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to use the BVF website to:
