BVF SHIPPING POLICY

At BVF — Bold Vibrant Flawless, every piece is created with care. Many of our jewelry pieces are made-to-order, meaning production begins after your order is placed.

PRODUCTION TIME

Because our jewelry is made-to-order, please allow 15–45 business days for production.

Production time may vary depending on the complexity of the piece, customization, materials, and current order volume.

Production time does not include shipping/transit time.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

After production is complete, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery, depending on the shipping destination and carrier.

Customers located farther from our shipping location may experience longer transit times within this estimated window.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped, when tracking is available.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

SHIPPING DELAYS

BVF is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Severe weather
  • Holidays
  • Customs delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

A shipping delay does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to BVF because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once tracking confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, BVF is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

BVF does not control these charges.

International orders may also experience additional delays due to customs processing.

ORDER CHANGES

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, customers should contact BVF as soon as possible if they need to make changes to their order or shipping information.

Once production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
