ESTIMATED PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Your piece enters production and is completed according to the specifications of your order.

Once production is complete, your finished piece may either:

Ship directly to you
Depending on the item and production requirements, certain orders may be shipped directly to the customer after completion.

Or arrive at BVF Jewelry first
For pieces requiring additional inspection, customization, quality control, or final preparation, the completed item may be sent to BVF Jewelry first. Please allow additional time for this process before your order is shipped to you.

Approximately 15–45 days

Because every BVF piece is individually made, actual production and delivery times may vary depending on the jewelry design, gold weight, diamond selection, customization, production requirements, and shipping method.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are carefully reviewed and prepared before shipment. Ready-to-Ship Items: Items currently in inventory will be processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces: Certain BVF pieces are created specifically for you after your order is placed. These pieces require additional production time before they can be shipped. The estimated production timeframe will be communicated when applicable.

QUALITY CHECK

Before your order leaves BVF Jewelry, your piece may undergo a final inspection to ensure it meets our quality standards and that your order has been prepared correctly.

PACKAGING

Your BVF jewelry will be packaged carefully to help protect the piece during transportation. Depending on the collection and product, your order may include BVF packaging and accompanying materials related to your purchase.

SHIPPING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive applicable shipping and tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, product availability, and whether your piece is ready-to-ship, made-to-order, or custom.

SIGNATURE & SECURE DELIVERY

Certain high-value BVF orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery. Additional security measures may also be used when appropriate based on the value and nature of the order.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Personalized and custom jewelry is created specifically for the client. Custom orders may require additional production time and may be subject to different terms than standard ready-to-ship merchandise. Any important production or delivery details will be communicated directly to the client.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not controlled by BVF Jewelry.
